Rowina OTK

Rowina is called in to see Ms. Valkerie, who is in charge of disciplining naughty girls who can't follow the dress code. Rowina is wearing a coat, green knickers and boots, all of which earn her a proper hiding from her annoyed superior. Her knickers are pulled down after the quiet girl is taken over the knee, and she is handspanked til she is marked and ready to dress appropriatly in the future.
